Who We Are
Dicel Security company Ltd is a security company established since 2017 to provide security services with advanced SECURITY solutions to local and international organizations. It was registered by the Rwanda Development Board the same year and officially accepted by the Honorable Minister of Internal Security by issuing it the License to operate no. 422/0809 in accordance with the law no.46/2010 of 14/12/2010 determining the responsibility, mission, organization and functioning of the Rwanda National Police, especially in its article no.41.
It is located in Kagarama sector, Kicukiro District in Kigali city. Our Company is a wholly Rwandan owned company operated by highly skilled and licensed personnel with combined experience in the security industry.

TASK AND DEPLOYMENT SYSTEM
As the security providers we work 24/7 and 365 days a year, and our operation is carried out in two shifts from 6am to 6pm and 6pm to 6am plus our quick intervention crew who are on standby with day field officers in case of an emergence. In case of an incidence the team leaders or supervisors are always available as a way of quick information sharing to the concerned parties and on time as well as solving the problem in the shortest time possible.
Our supervisors are always at work following up the guards at all posts so as ensure that all is going on well and no one is absent with no reason, if a reason is given a suitable substitute is provided.

REPORTING SYSTEM
The control room always maintains situations on post by radio check every 30 minutes to one hour
Guards log book
Event registration book
Duty inspector who monitors the daily activities and confirms any change for high quality assurance.
In case of an incidence we quickly alert the concerned parties i.e. the client and the national police so as the issue is resolved and incase of damage an incidence reference is issued for compensation purpose
